The 电子游戏软件 Club 棒球 team, which was founded in the fall of 2013, competes in the North Atlantic – North Division of the NCBA (National Club 棒球 Association) against teams such as Boston University, Northeastern, The University of Massachusetts, the University of Connecticut, and SUNY Albany. Tryouts for the team are held within the first two to three weeks of school at Cassidy Park in Cleveland Circle, which is also where the team holds most of their practices and their home contests. The majority of the games are played in three game series which generally occur on the weekends during both the fall and spring season. While in season, the team typically has two to three practices each week and during the winter months they train in the 校友 Stadium Bubble.

The 电子游戏软件 Men’s Club 机组人员 team is comprised of a group of hard-working, driven athletes who row at a competitive level both regionally and nationally. The team is an affiliate of the Eastern College Athletic Conference which is a part of the American Collegiate Rowing Association. While the team’s primary season is the spring, the Men’s 机组人员 team is active throughout the year, starting with pre-season training before the academic year begins and continuing into fall competitions and winter training. During the fall and spring competition seasons, the team practices 6 days a week on the Charles River out of the Community Rowing, Inc. boathouse and during winter training the team typically practices 4 to 5 days a week indoors. During an athlete’s first year of rowing he will be a member of the Novice team. Prior experience is not required – in fact, the Novice team is typically comprised of athletes who did not row in high school. The team is also always interested in females who want to participate as coxswains. While the team may make some cuts a few weeks into the fall depending on how many athletes consistently show up, they are happy to teach anybody to row that is willing to work hard and put in the effort.

The 电子游戏软件 Club 骑自行车 Team is a member of the Eastern Collegiate 骑自行车 Conference (ECCC), one of the 11 collegiate USA 骑自行车 conferences. The team races against over 50 schools that range in geography from Canada to Pennsylvania. Racing in both the fall and the spring, the cycling team has both mountain and road racing teams. The conference is well-suited to introducing people to racing as well as hosting competitive categories for the more experienced riders. The team's practices consist of team spin classes three nights a week and group rides on the weekends that focus on long distances and building racing skills. All are welcome as the team seeks to introduce new people to the sport, while also helping veterans racers grow. Prior Racing, or even having a bike, is not required as team members choose how involved with the team they would like to be. Some members choose to only take advantage of the spin classes and the team camaraderie while others participate in every aspect of the team.

The 电子游戏软件 Club 马术 Team is a member of the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA) and competes against schools in the region such as BU, Tufts, and Northeastern. The team was founded in 1993 by a small group of students and has grown over the years. We look for riders who are dedicated and passionate regardless of riding or show experience. Riders of all skill levels are welcomed on the team, as each IHSA division from Walk-Trot to Open Fences needs to be fulfilled.
The team practices throughout the school year at ABD 马术 under Coach Allyssa Dean in Norfolk, MA. Members attend lessons once a week and in addition compete on weekends during both the fall and spring season. No need to own a horse– we practice on the school horses at ABD 马术. Tryouts are held at the beginning of each semester as there are only a limited number of spots available on the roster. Anyone who has a passion for riding horses and wants the opportunity to ride during college should consider joining the BC Club 马术 Team.

During the fall season (September to November), the team practices for two hours, two or three times per week, usually on Mondays and Wednesdays evenings. Competition during the fall season includes several matches against local, New England teams, one divisional tournament, and one invitational tournament. In the off-season in the spring, the team usually participates in local scrimmages and an invitational tournament. The team welcomes players (both men and women) of all levels and backgrounds, although strong field hockey skills and knowledge of the game are encouraged. Tryouts are typically held during the second or third week of September after Student Activities Day when students have the chance to sign up for clubs.

The 电子游戏软件 Club 高尔夫球 team is composed of competitive golfers looking to be a part of a team and improve their golf skills. The team competes in the National Collegiate Club 高尔夫球 Association (NCCGA) which is a national organization composed of club teams split into regions. BC Club 高尔夫球 represents the New England Region and competes in both the fall and the spring. In each season, they compete in two regional tournaments and, based on their performance have the ability to qualify for the National Tournament each semester at different destinations. The top 8 players compete in each tournament, which is determined by qualifiers that take place throughout the season. The team’s home course is Newton Commonwealth 高尔夫球 Course, which is just a short walk from campus. Tryouts are held each fall and everyone is encouraged to give it a shot and be a part of our team! Regardless of whether a member qualifies for Regional Tournaments, there are still opportunities to play, because the team holds golf tournaments in which everyone on the team can play. One of the team’s goals is simply to increase the golf presence on campus so they encourage anyone interested in reaching out.

The 电子游戏软件 Men’s Club Basketball Team competes in the NIRSA Basketball Championship Series. The team's season runs from October-April each year and begins after tryouts are held in the Fall and an official roster has been set. They practice twice a week in the evenings and compete locally during the regular season in both individual game matchups as well as the NIRSA Regional Tournaments at Boston University and UMass-Amherst. Despite being a young team that was founded in 2013, they have found quite a bit of success early on. Accomplishments include winning the BU Regional Tournament and finishing the NIRSA National Basketball Championships at NC State in second place in 2015.

The team was founded in 2006, and is typically comprised of around 30 members. Tryouts are held at the beginning of September and league competition runs from October to March. On the ice up to four times a week, club hockey offers a level of play between the varsity and intramural levels. While maintaining five consecutive years as runner up in the Northeast Regional, the team offers a highly competitive hockey atmosphere and is comprised of a great group of guys who are willing to put in the work required to remain highly competitive.

Within the MCLA, they compete in the Pioneer Collegiate Lacrosse League (PCLL) and play against teams such as UConn and Northeastern during the regular season. The team is active in both the spring and the fall seasons, but its main competitive season in the spring. Practices are generally held twice a week in the fall and three times a week in the spring on either the Newton Lacrosse Field or the 校友 Stadium turf. The team is very competitive with 100+ students trying out each fall.

The 电子游戏软件 Men’s Rugby Football Club (BCRFC), founded in 1966, has an impressive and memorable 44-year history. BCRFC competes in the East Coast Rugby Conference (ECRC) Division I. The team is active year round, with league play every fall and tournaments during the spring, and manages to field three sides – A, B, and Developmental – with over 80 players participating each year. The fall season consists of 15-a-side play, while the spring season has more of a 7-a-side focus. BCRFC has made many long strides in becoming a consistent playoff contender for many years to come. The club has also produced All-Americans, along with players for the USA Eagles national team. BCRFC holds practices two times a week (Tuesday and Thursday afternoons) on BC’s Brighton Campus, along with team fitness & conditioning sessions. BCRFC embodies the values of competition, camaraderie, and fun, and welcomes all to come join “the boys” to be a part of something bigger together.

They compete as a member of NIRSA’s Region 1 Club Conferenceand is consistently one of the top ranked teams in the Northeast. The soccer season is traditional in that it runs from early September to mid-November and officially begins after a team is named from tryouts, which are held the first week of the fall semester. Practices are held 2-3 times a week on 校友 or the Newton Soccer fields, and games are usually either on Saturday or Sunday. In the Winter/Spring season the team has practice once a week to stay in shape for the upcoming season, with a few scrimmages taking place in the spring.

The season is generally from mid-October to early February when the team concludes their year playing at the National Collegiate Squash Championships. Men’s Squash generally holds tryouts over a weeklong period as there is limited space to get everyone ample time to play. The team generally keeps a roster of 10-12 players and practices at the Boston 体育 Club in Allston three times a week during the season.

The team plays against colleges such as Harvard, Tufts, Northeastern, BU, and other teams from across the country. The team is active in both the fall and spring seasons, with the spring season being the main season featuring a regional tournament with a chance to play in nationals. There are tournaments throughout the fall and spring to prepare for these playoffs at the end of the school year. The team practices about three times a week on the Brighton Campus when weather is nice, and also practices inside the Bubble during the winter. There are no cuts, and there is an A-team and B-team to separate skill level and experience. Everyone is welcome to come and play.

BCMVB is active in both the fall and spring seasons, although their main season with League games happens in the spring. Tryouts take place in the fall a few weeks after school starts, and from then on out they practice twice a week in the evenings in the Flynn 娱乐 Complex. BCMVB is extremely competitive within the region and annually strives to compete at the highest level at the National Tournament in April. The team’s goal is to be as competitive as possible while also fostering relationships between teammates and peers year in and year out.

While the team has a long history competing in many different conferences and at many different levels, it is currently a club in the New England Division of the Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA). The division is composed of local teams such as Boston University, as well as other regional neighbors such as Dartmouth College and Middlebury College. Although the team practices throughout the entire academic year, the main season starts a week prior to the beginning of the fall semester and wraps up at the end of November. Practices occur four to five times per week in the fall, and three to four times per week in the spring and are held in the Flynn 娱乐al Complex. The team holds tryouts at the beginning of the academic year, and while they are very competitive, it is encouraged for anyone with interest and an aquatic background to contact the team for information.

The goal each season is to get as many swimmers qualified for the CCS National Championship held each year in mid-April. Although swimming is often thought to be an individual sport, the team work provides an environment of mutual support for one another and emphasizes the value of effective teamwork.

The 电子游戏软件 Club 花样滑冰 team competes through US Figure Skating. The team consists of 14-20 skaters with various skating levels and backgrounds including synchro, dance, freestyle, theater on ice, etc. Our season begins in early September, and practices start soon after tryouts. We typically have three practices per week (5 hours of early on-ice practice in Conte Forum and one hour of off-ice). We compete in 4-5 competitions per season, including BSSC, Easterns, Porter, and Nationals (if qualified). This past year, we moved up to the Collegiate Division, allowing us to compete in the US 花样滑冰 National Championships where we achieved our best score of the season. Although BCSS only focuses on synchro and does not have a freestyle team, there are freestyle sessions available a few times a week. The team encourages everyone to try out for the team as no prior synchro experience is needed!

As long as the club has sufficient equipment to accommodate all team members, no one will be turned away. However, only the 16 best players will be able to participate in tournaments. The team practices twice a week throughout the school year, and during competition season, an additional practice will be held each week for tournament players. The team competes in the Upper New England Division of the National Collegiate 乒乓球 Association (NCTTA). The team's goal is to give 电子游戏软件 students the opportunity to participate in a unique sport and to build a team that can compete at the national level, with the goal of making it to Northeast Regional Tournament and the 乒乓球 National Championships.

The team’s competition season begins, weather permitting, in March when they begin practicing one-three times a week with one or two games as well. The team also competes in one out-of-state tournament each season and in previous seasons has traveled to Austin, Atlanta, and Baltimore. The goal each season is to qualify for the national tournament that takes place in early May. In addition to its competitiveness, the team fosters a learning and supportive environment for student athletes. Not only does the team establish team chemistry on the field, but it also creates relationships that last beyond college.

During the regular season, BCWCS has the opportunity to play varsity and club teams in and around Boston such as Boston University, Northeastern, Tufts, Wellesley, and Harvard, as well as taking trips to play teams in Philadelphia and Maine. The team’s season begins at the end of September, when cuts are made, and goes through February when they go to Nationals. The team generally tends to have a roster of fifteen players, often taking naturally gifted athletes with little squash experience. In these months, the team practices three times a week in the evenings. Every player on the team gets the opportunity to go to at least one match where they participate in play as well as refereeing the matches of their teammates. The team has a lot of fun together while remaining competitive to sustain their spot as one of the top club teams in the nation!

Most recently, The Flix have placed highly within the regional level, beating Northeastern and coming in 5th overall which has qualified them to play at higher level tournaments not just in the northeast, but also across the country. This has included Terminus in Georgia as well as Centex in Texas. The team prides themselves on team unity and inclusion, so the team as a whole makes no cuts and instead fosters an A and B team. Both compete regularly in competitive tournaments. Practices are held two-three times a week throughout the year with tournaments on the weekends, especially during the spring which is the main tournament season. Most of the members on the team never played Ultimate before entering college, so no prior experience is necessary. All that’s needed is a desire to learn, work, hard, and have fun!
